NAPERVILLE, Ill. — The College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW) announced the winners of the Merle Chapman Leadership Award from each school, with the student-athlete advisory committee at Carthage College selecting Sarah Schmidt and Jacob Allard.
